For customers in Switzerland and the EU, taxes and import duties are covered. For orders outside of these regions, local customs fees may apply—if so, we’ll keep you informed before your order ships.

Yes! Shipping is free within Switzerland and the European Union. For international orders outside these regions, we’ll provide shipping costs upfront.

Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your hands. All deliveries require a signature from the recipient. Once signed for, the insurance ends—so make sure someone’s home to receive it.

Most of our jewelry is made-to-order, which means it’s crafted just for you. Production typically takes 6-8 weeks. If the piece you ordered is in stock, we’ll ship it within 3-5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order’s on its way.
