At Goreli, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.

Refunds
Refunds are available to the original purchaser and will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories (receipt, boxes, certificates, tags, etc.).
- Custom-made or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made uniquely for you.
