At Goreli, each piece is crafted just for you. As soon as we process your order, you’ll receive an email with an estimated delivery date.

• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery.
• In-Stock Items: Shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Updates: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process, and tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

We offer secure, insured shipping for all orders to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

We want you to love your Goreli piece. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging (including the invoice and certificate of authenticity).
• Custom or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
